A career as a Senior Advisor in ESG Energy Management within the ESG Operations & Innovations team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in developing strategies to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions for the bank's national real estate portfolio.

Your role
- Propose innovative strategies for reducing energy consumption.
- Actively participate in setting and achieving GHG reduction targets for the bank's national real estate portfolio
- Plan and implement energy reduction initiatives through our strategic partner's services
- Ensure the proper execution of challenges, priorities, and expected results from our strategic partner
- Support or influence the bank's sectors with which we collaborate in implementing EDI initiatives
- Design and implement a reference guide on ESG criteria, including the EDI component for the built environment
- Actively participate in delivering the challenges expected and planned by our organization in terms of ESG in a broad sense

Within the Real Estate Business Strategy sector, you are part of a team of 50 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of ESG Operations and Innovation. Our team stands out for its specialized expertise in facility management, day-to-day operations, occupant services, in collaboration with an external strategic partner.

Prerequisites
- Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, environment, or a related field
- Relevant experience of 6 to 10 years in energy management and/or real estate management for large organizations
- In-depth knowledge of accessibility, equity, diversity, and inclusion standards
- Mastery of project portfolio management concepts in energy management
- Ability to analyze complex data and propose innovative solutions and strategies
